Movement for Japan Fundraiser
Please join us for a fundraiser to support the earthquake and tsunami victims of Japan. It will be held at the new Life Time Athletic in Syosset (see address below) next Thursday March 31 from 6-9pm. There will be a gathering from 6-6:30 including keynote speeches by Lifetime General Manager Bryan Smith and myself followed by a variety of yoga and fitness classes to choose from from 6:30-9 . Raffles and other fun donation based activities will go on throughout the night. Classes include level 1 and 2 vinyasa flow classes, spin, and dance classes.
Donations are $25 for non-members of Lifetime and $10 for members. All proceeds will be donated to Save the Children:
